From Dajor Lighting Factory we take care of lighting the atrium of the Corte Inglés Shopping Center on Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid, where the cafeteria is located. Designed by the studio of interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, with whom we have been collaborating since 2005, we custom-made large pendant lamps made with a bronze finish structure and a natural fiber shade.
Raffia, rattan and wicker are natural materials that are increasingly in demand in the decoration and interior design sector. At Dajor we already have experience in its use for lighting. As they are natural materials, they are much more sustainable and more environmentally friendly than other materials such as plastic. They are also long-lasting and very resistant and do not spoil with the heat of the bulbs, especially if we use LEDs. In addition, natural fibers provide a soft and cozy warm light, to create atmospheres that invite you to disconnect and relax.
These ceiling lamps are the main lighting source of the atrium, located in the very center of the building and from which you can see all the floors of the Shopping Center.

Dajor Lighting Factory was also commissioned to manufacture the cafe’s elegant table lamps, placed on white and gray marble tables. These are the elegant table lamp Charles, with a simple design and vintage inspiration. The satin brass finish provides them with a sophistication in keeping with the rest of the premises. These luminaires work with long-lasting autonomous batteries and without cables. They are a classic of lighting, inspired by a period design, but without losing that touch of elegant modernity. You can see our table lamp Charles in satin brass finish in our Luz Vintage on-line store.
