14 Jul Papúa restaurant in VOGUE magazine

One of the inaugurations that has caused the most media impact over the past year was the exuberant and exotic Papúa Colón restaurant (Madrid). Even the prestigious fashion VOGUE magazine dedicated an special article.
This restaurant opened its doors at the end of 2020 in a year marked by CO-VID restrains . This project, a work of the architect Adolfo Montserrat and under the orders of chef Andrés Castaño, is built on the motto “The Jungle at your feet”. Not only for its exotic cuisine and original cocktails, but also for its exotic decoration: from the giraffe at the entrance that welcomes guests, to the botany and the ceramic animals hidden in every corner, will transport the guest to the jungles of Papua Nueva Guinea.
From Dajor Lighting Factory, we take care of the custom manufacturing of the restaurant’s decorative lamps: glass ball pendant lamps, ceiling lights, fringed fabric lampshades, and even larger luminaires combining gold finish with opal glass.
